The hotel of choice in Aix-les-Bains. Charming and absolutely perfect staff and incredibly beautiful accommodation. Location close enough to France as well as local restaurants. Also, in the middle of the city. Double room with nicely renovated cosy atmosphere. A wide range of food available in the terrace.

The staff at the front desk was soooo helpful. It's just fabulous to have someone guide you around like a personal assistant. And oh my, the breakfast options were simply divine!
Who needs an elevator when you can work up a sweat climbing the stairs? Such a great workout!

During my xmas experience, the room was cozy and clean that matched the online pictures. The bed provided a comfortable sleep. The hotel staff was friendly and provided a warm welcome. The location of the hotel was ideal for being central and parking was easily accessible. Breakfast was excellent and prepared with quality foods.
If you're not a fan of climbing stairs, this hotel may be difficult to navigate as it doesn't have an elevator. If you're tall, the top floor might not be ideal as there are beams that can cause head-bumping moments.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, exactly like the pictures. The staff was friendly and provided amenities for kids. The location was great, right in the center of a busy street with nearby parking.
There was no elevator, making it difficult to reach higher floor rooms. Some top floor rooms had low beams, which could inconvenience taller guests. while the hotel had some positive aspects, the lack of elevator and potential discomfort in some rooms may make the stay less enjoyable for certain guests.
