The hotel of choice in Aix-les-Bains. Charming and absolutely perfect staff and incredibly beautiful accommodation. Location close enough to France as well as local restaurants. Also, in the middle of the city. Double room with nicely renovated cosy atmosphere. A wide range of food available in the terrace.

My dog and I had a great time at this place, the rooms are peaceful, nicely refurbished, and cozy. The staff is super friendly, and we loved having breakfast on the terrace.

The room was a decent size and super quiet, plus there were smoke detectors for safety. Having a shower, hairdryer, and comfy bathrobes was a nice touch! 🛁

The lack of an elevator made it difficult with mobility issues to access the higher floors.

During my xmas experience, the room was cozy and clean that matched the online pictures. The bed provided a comfortable sleep. The hotel staff was friendly and provided a warm welcome. The location of the hotel was ideal for being central and parking was easily accessible. Breakfast was excellent and prepared with quality foods.

If you're not a fan of climbing stairs, this hotel may be difficult to navigate as it doesn't have an elevator. If you're tall, the top floor might not be ideal as there are beams that can cause head-bumping moments.
